Useful information to make the most of your stay!
Important information for your reservation:
– Payment: 1/2 due at booking, 1/2 due 7 days prior to check-in
– Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees during the summer months.
– No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the home your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
– No pets. Please inquire as to the suitability of service animals.
– No parties or events. Please note the total number of guests that you have listed on your reservation is the maximum permitted occupancy at all times during your stay.
– Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am (no use of outdoor space during these hours). Please use good judgement and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinance if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
– Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
– Checkout time is 10:00 am.
– No same-day local guests without prior approval.
– Minimum age of primary guest is 21 years old. Primary guests under 21, please inquire prior to booking.
Location Information:
– Located in North Phoenix, Deer Valley with extreme convenience to Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix, as well as the Cardinals Stadium. Quiet neighborhood perfect for families or business travelers. Grocery stores, restaurants, tourist attractions and the 101 freeway are around 5 minutes away.
– Parking is available in abundance; covered spots for two cars in the garage, two cars in the driveway and overflow on the street (no restrictions). Grocery store is 1 mile away so walking to it is possible.
